Following a very successful and enjoyable time at ASDA, Manifestly Important are now extremely pleased to be working with AVIVA UK Life on an exciting new Workplace Savings initiative.

It has been a very eventful year and we are looking forward to the next…
This past week I had the pleasure of being invited to give a short lecture on Project Governance & Gateways to the p/time MSc Project Management student at Leeds Metropolitan University.
It felt ‘weird’ to be back having graduated from that very course myself in 2005 - the students were extremely kind/patient and I’m looking forward to going back again soon.
I don’t know about you but January always feels like a tough month; but this year it also seemed to last forever! Anyway now that it’s over, and has been ‘survived’, then it’s time to turn to consider what the remaining 11 months have in store for Manifestly Important…
On a work front then I’m pleased to be continuing with an interim assignment at ASDA until March; this has made for a refreshing change after working exclusively in Financial Services/Banking for the past few years - the pace of change & delivery within a Retail environment is dizzying at times but always rewarding.
Currently we are also working away in the background to deliver a web presence for a new organisation (‘Equinox Recycling’) which came about through the work done for 707 Resource Management in 2011. Busy, busy, busy…
In addition to this I am very excited to have been asked to contribute, in a visiting lecturing capacity, to the MSc in Project Management at Leeds Metropolitan University in February.
All in all it looks like this year will be a very interesting one for Manifestly Important Ltd.

Manifestly Important are pleased to announce that both Directors will be undertaking the Way of the Roses coast to coast cycle route, for charity, in the Summer of 2013.
Whilst the exact date for the challenge is yet to be set, training will start soon…!!
Manifestly Important’s principal consultant (Paul Yeomans) was recently invited to talk to the MBA students at Leeds University’s Business School (LUBS) about the ‘practical’ realities of Project Management.
